The movie Corpse Bride is a stop-motion animated musical film directed by Tim Burton.
Victor and Victoria’s families arranged their marriage for them, and even though they like each other, Victor is still pretty nervous about the ceremony. He was given time to rehearse his vows and went to the forest to practice. He recited his vows to what looked like a hand, and that’s when Emily rose from the dead, assuming Victor is now married to her. Victor must get back to Victoria before she’s married off to someone else.
This film is great to watch during the cold season. You can just put it on TV and spend some quality time with your kids or by yourself. It’s a kid-friendly film, and I would suggest that people of any age can enjoy it. The movie could also pass as a Halloween film—not scary enough to frighten kids, but still perfect for the season.
This film is a five-star experience for me. It’s a cute movie, and many people can relate to the character Emily. It’s a musical as well, which I like. While not everyone enjoys musicals, if you do, this is a great film to check out.
